Real Deal

This was one of my grandson’s graduation with a cap and gown! He was so thrilled and looked so grown up. The gown was just the right length and cap fit perfectly on his small head. Thank you and look forward to using your services again in the near future!

Never Received

I never received the package and the tracking says: still in transit and graduation is Saturday. I will need to purchase from some place else.

Hi TaMonique, I'm so sorry to know your order did not arrive on time. From the tracking you can see that the order was actually shipped on May 27, and it was very unfortunately running late at the USPS Maryland facility, therefore it did not arrive to you until June 7. Given the severe delay, if you no longer need the cap and gown we will definitely provide a free return label and a full refund. Please let me know if you'd like to proceed.
