Shipping

All non-expedited (ground orders) will ship within 3 business days after your order is processed, unless one or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock, in which case we will notify you by phone or email. Expedited orders must be followed up with a phone call to verify same day processing and shipment. This excludes orders with custom made items which ship 1-2 weeks after the order is processed. After your order is shipped, it can take 1-7 business days for you to receive it depending on your location and shipping method selected. 

Business days are Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays and they are not included in transit time.  We are not responsible for delays due to weather or incorrect address. Your order may be shipped through FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.  Please contact a sales representative if you have any questions or for any special requests.

Orders placed after 4 PM Eastern Time will not be processed until the following business day. Any customer who refuses an order at time of delivery will be responsible for the fee of the package being shipped back to us.
