Matte Navy Graduation Cap and Tassel
These are nice caps, but they are for a smaller head. Some of the girls really liked how these fit. The top is smaller by 1/2" than others we had, so they feel less floppy and stay on better. We had to have a larger size available for other graduates.
The customer service was aweresome! I will come back there.
Matte Royal Cap, Gown and Tassel
gowns are a little on short side from past years when I purchased but this company is making it right with both(ordered 2 for 2 seniors) and they sent return labels and are sending us the next size so they are longer. the gowns hitting right at knee and just did not look right for their heights. Caps and tassels are perfect and I know gowns will be perfect when get the next size longer.

When my selected gown was out of stock, a customer support representative, Kelly, contacted me promptly and offered to have a custom gown created to my measurements and shipped before my graduation at no additional cost. She was in touch regularly with status updates and was friendly and helpful. The gown was a perfect fit. One tiny issue was that it didn't come with a zipper, which I didn't expect, so I had to visit a tailor to have one added. But overall I was very pleased and would gladly use Cap and Gown Direct again!
It looks good--I will try it out this spring.
As of today and this minute of writing, my order has not been delivered. It's difficult to get hold of the seller to the point that I'm going to report this seller to the Better Business Bureau.

I apologize for the lack of communication about your package status after we spoke over the phone. After you informed us about not receiving your package on time on Jan 23, I inquired the delivery partner about the delay and according to their investigation, the package we sent was damaged and could not be delivered. We sent a new package as replacement on Jan 30, and I'm sorry you were not notified about this package as of Jan 31.
Again, my sincere apology for the poor shopping experience, which is not a good example of our service. If there's anything else I could do, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Matte Royal Cap, Gown and Tassel
Purchased 2 cap and gown sets for my 6'1" twin sons. Ordered the 6 foot-6"2" size and they fit my boys perfect! The fabric is nice, not stiff at all and drapes very nicely. We ordered the shiny royal blue and the color is exactly what was expected.
I really like my gown and look forward to wearing it.
