Shipping Time to Continental U.S.

NEW! For a limited time until Dec 31, 2020, we offer 2 business day expedited shipping for only $9.99 to continental U.S. and Hawaii. Restrictions applies as follows:
- Must select FedEx 2-Day as your delivery method at checkout.
- Orders must be submitted by 1:30 pm EST on a business day to be shipped on the same day. Add 1 business day for processing time if ordered after 2pm. Orders submitted from Friday 2pm to Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. 
- Eligible for orders weighing up to 3lb. 
- Please note the discounted shipping for the 2-day shipping is a promise that we will ship using the FedEx 2-day service, but we cannot be responsible for carrier delays due to unforeseeable reasons. However, you will be refunded shipping costs if significant delays (2 business days or more) occurred.
- If an item is backordered (shown on the product page and in your cart), it would not be able to ship immediately. If you see a product or a certain size backordered but want it immediately, hit the chat button or call us at 347-669-4696 discuss the next best size or an alternative for you.

Customized Items: 
- For Customized Diploma Cases, Stoles, and Autograph Albums: due to high demands, please allow 10-14 business days for production in April - June 2021. 
- Custom Degree Hoods/other custom items by quote: allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order. 

Back-Ordered Items: Please allow 3-4 weeks for backorder. Please email us if you need to receive by a certain date. 

*Please understand delays are more likely to occur with all delivery carriers like USPS, FedEx and UPS now. We recommend FedEx or UPS for expedited services, which you may select at checkout. 
**For expedited orders to be processed on the same day, please place your order by 1:30 PM EST, otherwise your order may not be shipped until the next business day. You can call us to ensure the timely delivery of your package.

What we are doing to protect our staff:
- Actively monitoring the situation to take necessary actions that put the health and safety of our employees first 
- Cleaning and disinfecting our warehouse facility
- Mandated social distancing & providing protective supplies such as gloves and masks to all employees
- Flexibility for employees to stay at home and care for their family 
- Temporarily not allowing pick up orders or non-essential visitors

For customers whose graduation plans have changed:

We understand graduation plans are interrupted, and many schools are closed and are making necessary accommodations to all customers:

- Contact us now if you need to change your shipping address: Many schools are closed or operating at limited hours. If you need the order to be shipped to a teacher's home address, we will ship to you at no extra charge.

- If you need to split your school order to be sent directly to each student's home address: We will create a school package link for each parent/student. They can submit their home address and submit a shipping payment directly. After every students have submitted their shipping request, we will ship the designated items to the address they submitted, then refund the shipping paid for the original order. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and generally around $5-$10 for a small order (one cap and tassel or cap and gown).

- Effective until May 1, we are extending return, refund, and cancellation policy to help you avoid losses:
All customers can return non-customized items for a full refund within 15 days of receiving their orders, or cancel the order before the order is shipped.
Customized products (such as custom degree hoods, custom stoles, custom diploma, and custom autograph albums) can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement (please email us to notify). After 24 hours, the custom product can only be cancelled for a 40% refund of the product plus 100% of the shipping before the item is shipped.
